Bastwell Clean up

Good afternoon,

We have been cleaning up the play area on Mitton street this morning. This was a multi agency approach with the help of vairous departments from the council, Lancashire Fire and Rescue and Cllr Rana Khan.

We have spoken to residents and business in regards to signing up to the volunteer litter pick scheme where the council will allocate you equipment to help keep your area tidy. If you wish to join this scheme please contact Cllr Khan who will progress the application with you.

I'm sure you will agree how much better the park looks today. We hope you will help to keep this going.
